During one of their countless late-night conversations about startups and dreams, they realized that the food they craved was nowhere to be found. The rich, smoky tandoori flavors, the creamy dals slow-cooked to perfection, the naans with just the right amount of char — all these were missing from their daily lives.
That's when fate introduced them to Chef Papa Ji — a culinary legend with over 40 years of experience in traditional North Indian cuisine. His recipes were legendary, his techniques flawless, but what he needed was someone to help share his gift with the world.
The partnership was natural. The engineers brought their analytical minds, business acumen, and technological expertise. Papa Ji brought decades of culinary mastery and recipes that had been perfected over generations.
